  1. Wear sunscreen. Every day. Rain, snow, cloudy day or sunny day. Wear it. Your skin will thank you for it.
  2. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from sugar.
  3. Keep skin clean. Wash your face every night before bed.
  4. Moisturize. Moisturize. Moisturize! Dermatologists recommend moisturizing skin twice a day and overnight.
  5. Drink plenty of water. Stay hydrated.
  6. Exercise regularly. Exercise reduces stress, improves circulation, and improves overall well-being.
  7. Get plenty of sleep. Anywhere from 7-9 hours is best for adults.
  8. Get outside! A little sun and Vitamin D is good for you. You’ll elevate your mood. Don’t forget: Wear Sunscreen.
  9. DO NOT SMOKE. Stay away from smokers. Stay away from obvious pollutants.
  10. Smiling elevates your mood and those around you. What’s more, it’s contagious!
