We all have questions... Let us help you answer some about waxing and sugaring.

We want you to rest assured that we have done everything we can to make sure our facilities and equipment are clean and our clients and employees are safe, using the latest in sanitation practices. If you have any concerns, feel free to ask us at anytime how we handle different aspects of hygiene.

Appoinments
  • A credit card number is required to book appointments
  • If you need to cancel, call 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation charge
  • If you have a gift certificate and you do not follow the cancellation policy, you risk forfeiting the gift certificate.
  • Arrive on time for your waxing appointment. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any spa services
  • If you are late for your appointment you risk having your appointment time reduced. If your time is reduced, you still owe for the entire appointment as booked.
  • If you booked an appointment for a friend, and he/she is a no show, you are responsible for covering the cost of the appointment
  • The appointments booked online are guaranteed, however the time allotted* may be adjusted according to the schedule. If you would like to add more services, please let us know ahead of time by calling us @ Bloor Street 416-505-5222 or on Yonge Street 416-901-1190.
  • *The timing for each services in an estimation and can vary (reduce or increase) based on the time necessary for the technician to perform the service.
  • Make sure you have received a confirmation email after booking your appointment(s) online. If you do not receive one, there is a chance the appointment did not go through and you will be required to select a different time.
  • Please call us if you are running late, or need to reschedule as soon as you know.

Aroma Wellness Clinic & Spa wants to ensure your experience is a pleasant as possible.

Please follow these guidelines:

  • Arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that delays happen, please let us know if you are running late. If you are late, your treatment time will be reduced, and the original fee will be required
  • Leave your jewellery and other valuables at home. We are not responsible for their safe-keeping
  • To maintain a serene environment, please do not bring children to the spa
  • We want to preserve the tranquility of your spa experience. As a courtesy to other guests, please speak in a soft voice and turn off your cellphone
  • Use only the necessary number of towels. Do your part to save Mother Earth
  • Do not overeat or overindulge in alcohol before or during your spa visit. Drink plenty of water
  • Tip your therapist: 15% to 20 % of the service fee is customary. Tip envelopes are available at the front desk
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Here at Aroma Wellness Clinic & Spa, we go beyond what’s expected and believe that cleanliness and sterilization go hand in hand. That’s why we have only the highest standards in sanitization.

At Aroma, we believe that providing our clients with a safe environment is non-negotiable. This extends from our product and service selection to our hygiene practices.

  • Each of our waxing and spa rooms is equipped with:
  • Accel Sterilizing wipes for eyebrow tweezers and scissors , as well as mani/pedi instruments (sterilization consists of wiping the device/equipment in the Access CS20 solution, drying equipment, and placing the sterilized equipment in individual pouches
  • Our towels are cleaned and sterilized in a high pressure washer (each load of laundry is set at a high temperature sterilization mode to ensure optimal cleanliness for each individual client)
  • An examination paper is used to eliminate cross contamination between guests
  • Touch-fee Purell® hand sanitizers for guests and Waxologists to use before and after treatment (Purell defines the hand sanitizer category and is the brand most preferred by doctors everywhere to safely clean hands of bacteria and harmful germs)

We use disposable sticks for any waxing in the bikini, underarm and facial area, as well as extraction of foot scrub. NO DOUBLE DIPPING (we hate the thought of all those sticks in the trash too, but until we find a better way, we can’t compromise hygiene! Disposable sticks ensure NO cross contamination between guests

  • Hand and foot Paraffin are in individual disposable bags
  • We use disposable files, buffers and wood sticks
  • Our stainless steel baths are sterilized with out Accel sterilizing spray (We don’t use jetted footbaths because of the possibility of contamination)

Clean tools are kept in sealed, disposable sanitation pouches and are opened by the esthetician at the start of each service. We also don’t do acrylic or other artificial nails.

Policy Statements

At Aroma Waxing Clinic, we value your privacy, and we are committed to maintaining your security and confidentiality in the use of any private information you choose to share with us. We do not disclose identifiable information to any third party without your consent. Further, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise allow the unauthorized outside use of personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or e-mail addresses in our database without your permission.

You may sign-up to receive informational and promotional e-mails from us by visiting our Join E-mail page. If at any time you wish to stop receiving such e-mails, please let us know by sending an email to aromawcs@gmail.com. Transmittal of your personal data is considered an acknowledgement of this privacy policy and your agreement to its terms and conditions.

When booking you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to hold your reservation. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card until your service is completed. Upon completion you’ll be able to pay your service with your choice of Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Cash. If you don’t have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your service in cash (24 hours in advance) to hold your reservation.

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel please call us at 416 505-5222 at least 24 hours in advance.
Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellation with less than 24 hours (or no show) will result in a $50 fee.
